Viking Lamb LLC offers a wide selection of farm-to-table, fresh lamb cuts and lamb parts all year round. From loin chops and lamb bellies, to ribs, racks, and more, we have it all, QUALITY GUARANTEED! Our lamb meat is 100% growth hormone and stimulant-free, as well as, USDA inspected and certified and state certified. To ensure the highest-quality meat, we feed our flocks an organic diet of grain feed and pasture grass, and then finish them on a diet of corn. We also process our lambs early on to guarantee a truer lamb taste. By processing them between 4 and 5 months, we keep our lamb meat tender, sweet, and lighter in color. When lamb is processed any older, it is darker, tougher, and gamey-tasting, classifying it as mutton.
