Our lamb meat is 100% growth hormone and stimulant-free, as well as, USDA inspected and certified and state certified. To ensure the highest-quality meat, we feed our flocks an organic diet of grain feed and pasture grass, and then finish them on a diet of corn. We also process our lambs early on to guarantee a truer lamb taste. By processing them between 4 and 5 months, we keep our lamb meat tender, sweet, and lighter in color. When lamb is processed any older, it is darker, tougher, and gamey-tasting, classifying it as mutton. We happily cater to numerous types of buyers, including private parties, retailers, farmers’ markets, wholesalers, and more.
